Through guided meditations, energy healing, intuitive teachings, and open dialogue, we support you in releasing old patterns, awakening your true essence, and living from the light of your being. This is more than a workshop—it’s a movement of unity, love, and divine embodiment. We created this sacred space after walking my our journeys of healing, awakening, and remembering. For years, I searched for peace and purpose outside myself — in achievements, titles, and the expectations of others. But no matter what I did, something always felt incomplete.
It wasn’t until I turned inward that everything began to shift. Through meditation, sacred ceremony, womb healing, and communion with God, I remembered who I truly am:A vessel of light. A divine being. A daughter of the Great I AM.
Now, my cousin and I are co-creating a space for all — a space where everyone, regardless of where they are on their path, is welcome to reconnect, release, and rise. We believe healing is for every soul. Whether you're returning to your heart, your body, or your purpose — this space holds you with love.
I’ve been shown that I am a bridge — here to help others and support energetic healing not only for people, but also for the unseen: the spirits, the ancestors, and the land itself. This isn’t just about healing — it’s about remembering.— Con amor y presencia,Bridget

Our vision for "One Loving Humanity" is to support souls in remembering who they truly are — Infinite, Eternal, Divine. My journey has always been guided by a deep inner pull to know more about life, the soul, and our true nature. Since I was young, I asked the big questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is this all for? That search led me through many layers of healing, awakening, and exploration into the deepest parts of my Self. Over time, I realized that my path wasn’t just about finding answers for myself — it was about guiding others back to their own truth.Today, I work as a spiritual teacher, intuitive healer, and guide. I hold space for transformation through soul alignment sessions, energy healing, and workshops focused on embodying divine consciousness. My work is rooted in helping Souls realign with their essence, move through the illusions of separation, and live from the power and peace of the I Am within. One Loving Humanity is a movement of remembrance. A call to return to love. A place for those ready to rise, reconnect, and live in unity with the truth of who they are.

Are you ready to begin the journey back to yourself?
Spirituality

How can I attain personal freedom through spirituality?
Spirituality is not something you do to become free.
It’s the practice of being who you already are — a spirit. Whole, worthy, and connected. This journey isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s not about following rules to earn peace.
It’s about remembering:“I am already a spirit. I am already free.”So What Does That Look Like?
• You stop trying to force healing—and start allowing it.
• You don’t seek worth in the outside world—you return to your inner truth.
• You no longer act from fear, shame, or need—but from presence and love.Spirituality isn’t about escaping life it’s about being fully alive in it.
It’s a sacred practice of being with your breath, your heart, your Creator. The Freedom Isn’t Earned — It’s RevealedYou are not here to become something.
You are here to remember your spirit and live from that space of wholeness.

Through Spirituality, You Begin to Feel Free Because You:
• Release emotional baggage: Let go of old wounds, guilt, or limiting beliefs.
• Stop outsourcing your worth: You no longer need others’ approval to feel whole.
• Reconnect to your inner voice: You trust your intuition and live with clarity.
• Live aligned with your soul: You stop living out of fear and start living from love.
• Feel connected to God or something greater: You’re no longer alone—you’re supported, guided, and loved unconditionally.

To truly practice spirituality, you must first understand what spirit is.
Your spirit is your true essence.
It’s the part of you that existed before the world told you who to be.
It’s not your body, not your thoughts, not your pain—it’s the light beneath all of that.Your spirit is:
• The breath of life within you
• The You that is One with God, Source, or the Divine
• Eternal, wise, and unshakable
• Pure love, presence, and truthIt’s the reason you can feel joy even in pain.
It’s the quiet voice that says, “Keep going.”
It’s what makes you you, beyond your name, past, or identity.Spirit Is Not Something You Have It’s Who You Are.You are not just a human having spiritual experiences.
You are a spirit having a human experience. And when you live from your spirit, you live with:
• Clarity, not confusion
• Compassion, not fear
• Freedom, not force
• Truth, not performanceIn Simple Words:Spirit is your soul’s truth, your oneness to the Divine, and the source of your deepest peace.
To walk in true spirituality, you must first understand what spirit is and to do that, you must have faith.
Faith is trust in something greater than what your eyes can see.
It’s the quiet knowing that, even in uncertainty, you are held.
It’s the belief that there is meaning, purpose, and love guiding you even when life feels unclear or heavy.Faith isn’t the absence of doubt.
It’s the courage to keep going with your doubt, because something inside you still believes.Faith Is:
• Trusting God or the Divine, even when the outcome is unknown
• Believing in your purpose, even when it hasn’t fully unfolded
• Knowing your spirit is stronger than any storm
• Choosing love over fear, again and again

We Are Spiritual Particles of GodEvery human being is more than just a body—we are spirit. And that spirit is not separate from God, but made of God.Just as a drop of ocean water carries the essence of the whole sea, each of us carries the essence of the Divine.
We are like spiritual particles, or fractals—smaller reflections of a greater Whole. Every part of us contains the sacred imprint of God.This means:
• You are not separate from the Divine—you are a living expression of it.
• The love, power, and wisdom of God lives within you.
• Because we all come from the same Source, we are deeply connected to all that is.To realize this is to awaken:
To remember that God is not just above us or outside us, but within us.

Gather Around the Tree of Life:
Consciousness for a new humanity
In the spirit of divine remembrance, we gather — not just to learn, but to awaken.
At the heart of One Loving Humanity is the Tree of Life: a living symbol of your soul’s journey, rooted in love, growing toward unity, and bearing the fruit of awakened consciousness. This is a sacred space for souls ready to embody the light within, awaken the Christ seed, and co-create a new Earth founded on truth, compassion, and oneness.Whether you’re just awakening or deeply rooted in your path, may these offerings guide you home — to the Self, to love, to the eternal “I Am.”
Seeds of remembrance

You were Born Divine.
A living expression of the Creator — the universal spirit,
the essence of all that exists.
You came into this world as a soul of light,
whole, sacred, and infinite. Before any labels, fears, or doubts,
you knew yourself as part of something greater —
not separate from God,
but one with the Source of all life. The Creator is not a being far away —
It is the living presence within all things.
It is the breath that moves through you,
the intelligence behind creation,
the love that holds the universe together. You were created in this image —
not just to reflect the Divine,
but to embody it.But over time, you forgot.Through human conditioning,
you became identified with the body, the mind, and the world.
You began to believe you were small, limited, and alone.
You were told you had to earn your worth, prove your value,
and chase love outside yourself. These are the illusions of separation.Yet no belief, no wound, no experience
can ever undo the truth of who you are.You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are not just a body —
You are life itself experiencing form.
You are Spirit remembering itself. And now is the time to believe in yourself again —
not from ego, but from soul.To remember that you are already enough.
That the Divine never left you — it lives within you.
That you carry the infinite within your very being. To awaken is not to become something new —
but to let go of the old illusions
and embody your original nature:
free, limitless, eternal, divine.
Roots of Practice

Grounding your divinity into daily lifeAs beautiful as awakening is, it must be rooted — not just felt in moments of insight, but lived in every breath. The Roots of Practice are the foundation that help you stay centered, clear, and aligned as you walk your spiritual path. These practices support you in embodying your divine nature, maintaining energetic balance, and living from your soul — not just your mind.Without roots, even the brightest tree cannot stand.
What Are the Roots? These are not just “spiritual routines” — they are sacred acts of remembrance. Daily ways to return to your Self. To the now. To God.

Why we turn to people substances and screens?

Have you ever chased comfort or connection—only to feel empty again soon after?
That ache you feel inside isn’t a flaw. It’s not something others or habits can truly heal. It’s a gentle call to return inward, to meet yourself with love and curiosity.Whether you seek others’ approval, reach for substances, or disappear into your screen, it’s your soul asking for something deeper. Real freedom begins when you learn to befriend your inner world, to hold space for your own pain, and to fill your void with self-love, presence, and purpose.Ready to live unbound?
Your healing begins when you stop running—and start returning to yourself.
What is the void?
It’s more than just feeling alone. It’s a sense of disconnection—from your true self, from love, from meaning.
• It may stem from childhood wounds, unmet emotional needs, loss, or deep insecurities.
• You might feel like something is always missing, no matter how much you achieve or how loved you are.
• This emptiness isn’t a flaw—it’s a signal asking you to return to yourself.⸻2. Why Do We Turn to External Things?Because the void feels uncomfortable, even unbearable, we instinctively seek relief.
• Relationships: We look for someone to complete us, hoping love will heal the ache.
• Addictions: Substances or compulsive habits numb the pain, offer momentary pleasure, or help us escape.
• Social Media: A quick scroll gives us dopamine, distraction, and the illusion of connection.⸻3. The Cycle of Temporary ReliefThese coping tools can soothe us for a moment—but they don’t heal the root.
• When the high fades, the void feels even deeper.
• We begin chasing the next fix: more attention, another drink, another scroll.
• Over time, this cycle can create dependency, self-judgment, and emotional burnout.⸻4. The Emotional CostRelying on outside sources keeps us from truly listening to ourselves.
• We may lose our sense of authenticity, abandoning our own needs and desires.
• It can lead to toxic dynamics, addictions, and feeling out of control.
• The longer we run, the harder it is to face what’s within—but that’s also where freedom lives.
What is Journaling?
